Please note that the minimum time between placing your order and sending it is 5 days.

All marshmallows are handmade to order, and we require 5 days to prepare your batch.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail 24. Although this service is listed as next‑day, parcels usually arrive within 2–3 days. For this reason, please allow a total of 7–8 days from placing your order to receiving your parcel.

Urgent orders: If you need your order within 4–5 days, it will be treated as a priority order. This requires rearranging my production schedule, so a 50% surcharge will apply to the total cost of your order.

For example: If you need your parcel to arrive by the 20th, please place your order on the 13th. If you place it later and require it sooner, the order will be processed as urgent.
