All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for preparation before dispatch. During busy seasons (e.g. holidays), lead times may be slightly longer.

We use trusted courier services to ensure your treats arrive fresh and intact. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
 

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free local pickup is available by arrangement.

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions. If your parcel is late or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.

If you prefer to collect your order in person (e.g. from Hungerford town), we’ll arrange a convenient time and confirm all details in advance.
