Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations – ZefirkaUK
 

1. Made-to-Order Policy
All our marshmallows are handcrafted and made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.
 

2. Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, especially if production has started.
 

3. Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
 

4. Non-Collection
Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be discarded without refund. We are not responsible for missed pickups unless previously rescheduled.
